Frequently asked questions
Effective October 24, 2026
What is Innovita Write?
A US-registered software company (Innovita LLC) building writing tools. Soul is its first tool. The company, its address, and its phone number are on the Contact page.
What is Soul?
You give it a draft, either your own or one an AI helped you with. Soul gives it back with every fact in place, written by the rules set down by working writers: the right word, varied rhythm, pity for the reader, and cutting what can be cut.
Is Soul a humanizer?
No, and it is not built to be one. It does not exist to help anyone cheat, fake a truth, or beat a detector. It exists to make the text itself better, honestly and in the open.
Will Soul make my text pass an AI detector?
We make no promise about any detector, ours or anyone else's. The readings on the home page are Pangram 4 readings of the exact texts shown, taken in October 2026; any edit voids them. When a text reads as human, that is a byproduct of writing it well.
When does Soul launch?
Version 1 is planned for January 1, 2027. The date is the owner's and is shown circled beside the waitlist form. If it moves, the site and the waitlist email will say so.
What does joining the waitlist get me?
A confirmation when you join, then one email when Soul is ready to try. People on the list can try it before the public launch. No account and no payment are taken today.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Email support@innovitawrite.com and we remove your address and confirm it. The Privacy page covers the same right for all your data.
What does Soul cost?
No price has been set and nothing is for sale yet. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be published in the Terms and shown before anyone pays. Anyone asking you to pay for Soul today is not us.
Can I try Soul now?
Not yet. Soul is still being built; join the waitlist and you can try it before the public launch. The before-and-after samples on the home page show real results.
What happens to text I give Soul?
Soul is not available yet, so we collect no drafts today. Before it opens, the Privacy page will say what is sent, to whom, how long it is kept, and whether it is ever used for training. The same notice will appear where you paste.
Who owns what Soul returns?
You do, in the same way you own your draft, subject to rights others hold in material you put in. You are responsible for checking facts, quotes, and names before you publish. See the Terms.
What kinds of writing is Soul for?
Stories, posts, articles, and emails. Storytellers who draft with AI come first on our list, then marketers, content writers, and anyone with something to say.
Which languages does Soul write in?
English at launch. More languages come after version 1 proves itself.
Does Soul keep my facts and names?
That is the job: every fact stays where it is, and the way it is told is what changes.
Can I edit what comes back?
Yes. What Soul returns is yours to edit, keep, or discard; you are never locked into its version.
What if Soul changes my meaning?
Tell us which line and what it changed, by email or the Intercom support chat. A line that reads well and says something else is a failure by our own rule.
Do you sell data or run ads?
No. No ads, no selling data, nothing that follows you to other sites for ads. We count page views with our hosting provider's cookieless analytics, in aggregate. The only optional cookies come from the Intercom support chat, and only with your consent. See the Cookie Policy.
How do I get a copy of my data, or delete it?
Email support@innovitawrite.com. EU and UK readers may also contact their data protection authority; California readers get the same access and deletion from us without a separate form. See Privacy.
Is the site accessible?
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA: AA contrast checked by tests, keyboard focus, reduced-motion support, and a non-WebGL fallback for the shelf. The Accessibility page lists known limits and how to ask for another form.
How do I report a problem or a security issue?
Email support@innovitawrite.com. For security, use the subject “Security” and keep the details out of the chat.
