These terms are between you and Innovita LLC ("Innovita Write", "we"). By using innovitawrite.com or joining the waitlist, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Questions: support@innovitawrite.com.

What this site is today

Innovita Write is preparing Soul, its first writing tool. Version 1 is planned for January 1, 2027. The site today offers information about the company, a waitlist, and the Intercom support chat. Soul is not available to use yet.

The waitlist

• What you give usAn email address. We send a confirmation when you join, then one email when Soul is ready to try, and nothing else.
• No account yetJoining the waitlist creates no account, no paid plan, and no right to a price, a feature, or a launch date. The planned date can move; if it does, the site will say so.
• LeavingWrite to support@innovitawrite.com and we remove your email from the waitlist.

We take no payment on this site today, and nothing here is for sale yet. Before Soul charges anything, pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be published on this page and shown before you pay. Do not send payment details by email or in the Intercom support chat.

Your text and our text

• Your draft stays yoursYou keep every right in text you paste, write, or upload. You give us only the permission needed to run the tool on it, show it back to you, and keep your account working.
• What Soul returnsWhen Soul returns text, you may use it for personal and commercial work, subject to these terms and to any rights other people hold in material you put in.
• Your responsibilityYou are responsible for checking the returned text: its facts, names, numbers, quotes, and whether you have the right to use and publish it.
• Do not paste what is not yours to shareDo not submit another person's private or confidential text, or text you have no right to process.

Acceptable use

Use Soul to write well and honestly. Do not use it to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send spam, mislead readers about authorship where disclosure is required by a school, employer, publisher, or platform, or to probe, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service. We say plainly on the home page: Soul is not built to help anyone cheat or fake a truth.

No detector promise

We make no promise that any text will pass, fail, or score in any way on an AI detector or any other third-party tool. Readings quoted on the site are the owner's readings of the exact texts shown, on the date stated. Any edit voids them. A text reading as human is a byproduct of writing it well, never a guaranteed result.

Intellectual property in the site

The site, its design, the Innovita Write name and marks, and the company text belong to Innovita LLC or its licensors. Quoted passages by named writers belong to their authors or estates and are shown with their sources. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with credit.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or close the site or the waitlist at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email to the waitlist where the law requires it.

Warranties and liability

The site is provided as is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Innovita LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from text you publish after using the tool. Nothing in these terms removes a liability that cannot lawfully be removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, where Innovita LLC is registered. Write to us first at support@innovitawrite.com and we will try to resolve any dispute; courts in New Mexico have jurisdiction where the law allows. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
